Roller Derby Workout DVD giveaway!

Yep, its that time again!  Roller Derby Workout has sent me another dvd for a giveaway!!!

I have done a few giveaways of this Roller Derby Workout DVD and I cant say enough good things about it.  When I first started skating I had never even had wheels on my feet, and though I rode a bicycle everywhere derby uses its own set of muscles.  This DVD helped me get into shape to even start skating, and the great thing about the DVD is you dont need skates or to be a derby player to get great benefits!

This dvd is broke up into different sections, you can work on one part of your body or do the whole DVD workout for full effects.
