Cheesey Popcorn!

What better a snack on a cloudy not sun fun night that cheesey vegan popcorn!!!

Its super easy, if you can pop popcorn, you can enjoy this snack.  Pop some popcorn, use minimal oil, keep it healthy!  Now some people need a buttery substance on their popcorn, so feel free to melt some veggie butter and drizzle it on your popcorn.  I personally dont need/want butter on my popcorn so I just dump a bunch of nutritional yeast on my popcorn, sprinkle a bit of black pepper, and garlic and VIOLA! 

Nutrional Yeast is a necessity for my vegan world, its great added to everything for a light cheesey nutty flavor.  Not to mention its a complete protein, its also a good source of B complex vitamins...some nutritional yeast is even fortified with B-12!!!! 

You can find nutritional yeast in most health food stores in bulk bins, or in containers on their shelves...if you cant find it, just ask!!  Nutrtional yeast is great added to pasta sauces and whatnot instead of parmasean cheese!!  Enjoy
